Lindsey Buckingham - Sept. 12th in the South Shore Room

As the musical architect behind Fleetwood Mac, one of the most popular bands of all time, Lindsey Buckingham has played the key role in stoking the hit-making machinery, yet he is also a seeker, a chance taker willing to shake up the status quo for the sake of new ideas.  And so an elusive quality has developed around his 30-year career to date, both as solo artist and as a member of Fleetwood Mac.

In 1975 Buckingham and partner Stevie Nicks joined up wtih Mick Fleetwood, Christine McVie and John McVie.  Within two years Fleetwood Mac was the most popular band in the world. Driven by Buckinham's vision and musical leadership, the album Rumours sold over 16 million copies and remained #1 on the charts for many months.
