About DJ ROMEO REYES
Since his humble beginnings as a young DJ, Romeo has become one of the most acclaimed DJs and entertainers in the Bay Area. His talent, creativity, and perseverance have provided him with opportunities to work with celebrities such as 50 Cent, Lady Gaga, and Pitbull, as well as Fortune 500 companies including Nike, McDonald’s, and Macy’s.
Today, Romeo can be found spinning at the award-winning Infusion Lounge in San Francisco where he is a resident DJ, along with Las Vegas residents DJ Vice, Eric D-Lux, and DJ Five. In addition to playing at Infusion Lounge, Romeo serves as the entertainment director at Alibi, one of San Francisco’s newest up-and-coming nightclubs.
Romeo is also the creator, resident DJ, and host of San Francisco’s hottest Tuesday night event called “Industry Tuesdays,” where professional athletes such as Sergio Romo of the San Francisco Giants and Marshawn Lynch of the Seattle Seahawks are regular partygoers. Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks, David Lee of the Golden State Warriors, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, and The Black Eyed Peas have also appeared at Industry Tuesdays.
Other than San Francisco, Romeo has played in major metropolitan cities across the United States including Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, New York City, and Honolulu. Outside of the United States, Romeo has toured in Vancouver, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, and the Philippines.
For nearly a decade, Romeo graced the airwaves as a DJ and on-air personality on KYLD, the Bay Area’s number one ranked rhythmic contemporary format radio station. Romeo has also been a DJ on SIRIUS Satellite Radio and 102.5 KDON in Salinas, California.
On television, Romeo has served as the lead host on “Built from Skratch,” a hip-hop lifestyle show aired nationally on MYX TV, where Romeo has been privileged to work with guests such as DJ QBert, LMFAO, Wale, and Biz Markie. In addition, Romeo contributed to and appeared on MTV’s “I’m From Rolling Stone” and “My Super Sweet 16.
